New technology brick palnt  making bricks process:

1, Get the raw materials clay and coal.

2, Put the raw materials (clay) into the box feeder.

     Put the raw materials (coal) into the box coal feeder.

3, Use the belt conveyor to transport the clay into the roller crusher and crushing clay to smaller. (The coal do without crushing if the coal is small)

4, Use the belt conveyors to transport the clay and the coal into the mixer machine and mixing these two raw materials.

5, After mixing, use the belt conveyor to transport the raw materials into the auto green bricks vacuum extruder to extruding and out strip bricks.

6, The exit of vacuum brick machine connect with the brick strip cutter, use the brick strip cutter to cut the long strip bricks to be some short strip bricks.

7, The opposite end of the brick strip cutter connect with the brick cutter, use the brick cutter cut the short strip bricks to be pieces bricks.

8, Use the Green brick Distribution and Carrier Machine to separate the closed bricks. And stack the bricks on kiln cars.

9, Use the ferry car  and Push the kiln car to the kiln door and use the pusher machine push the kiln car into the kiln, about one hour push into one kiln car.

10, The kiln car and the bricks will pass the drying road, burning road and cooling road and then arrive the opposite end of the kiln.then use the ferry car push the kiln car to finished bricks area.
